IMPORTANT INTERNET SALES DISCLOSURE- PLEASE READ
SRI Performance not only sells on our Web site, but we also have a busy Ebay Store and retail store with high walk in traffic from local customers, NASCAR race teams, and engine builders. With bulk orders and a high turnover of new and used parts, there may be rare instances where our Web Site inventory will not be accurate. Should we determine an item you purchased on our Web Site or Ebay Store to be out of stock, we will make every attempt to get you the part. For used parts, we will attempt to source an equivalent alternative through one of our many business partners. For new parts, we will either back order it or ship it directly from the parts manufacturer (Drop Ship). We ship all in-stock items the same business day as the ordered. Drop ships from the manufacturer may take an additional 24-48 hrs for them to process and ship the item. In the event we are unable to source the new or used part, we will gladly issue a full refund of the total purchase

If you plan to visit our showroom, please call ahead 1-877-604-8077 to confirm inventory quantity on hand. We will gladly pull that part from inventory and hold it for you until you get here

Payment:
The SRI Performance’ Web Site accepts:
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal
  • Products ship only after payment is received and confirmed (including PayPal)
  • An email confirmation will be sent to your email address on file or your PayPal contact once the order has shipped

Shipping:
48 State continental USA
  • We ship all in-stock items the same business day if ordered by 3:30 PM Eastern time
  • We consolidate shipping fees only when you complete a single checkout for all the items purchased
  • Orders shipped within the 48 state continental U.S.A. are shipped via FedEx, UPS, US Postal or Truck Freight.
  • Some items ship directly from the manufacture (drop ship) and may incur an additional 24-48 business hrs to process and ship from vendor’s location to you. Tracking information is limited with drop ships and will be provided only upon request

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam
  • We ship all in-stock items the same business day if ordered by 3:30 PM Eastern time
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, US Posta Service

Foreign orders and shipments
  • Foreign orders are shipped via: UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service…..
  • Additional 24-48 hrs may be necessary to prepare customs paperwork and packaging prior to shipping

Foreign Duties, Taxes and Shipper Broker Fees
  • Many countries charge additional import duties, taxes and misc fees based on final delivery destination and/or total shipment value. The same applies to broker fees from shippers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) Each of these fees varies by shipper, country, final destination and many other circumstances. These fees are not included in the shipping quote given by and paid to SRI Performance and must be paid by the customer when the package arrives
    Due to the large number of variables, SRI Performance does not have the ability to determine these fees. Ultimately, the customer is responsible to determine what additional fees may be due, if any, and payment of those fees to their local government or shipper once the items have arrived at the final destination
  • SRI Performance will not alter or modify the invoice or customs paperwork in order to circumvent the amount of or reduce these duties, taxes and broker fees
    Refusal to take delivery of the shipment will result in the customer being responsible for the initial shipping fees to his/her country and any/all subsequent return shipping fees
  • Freight Forwarding Services
  • We can ship to a Freight Forwarding Service if the customer chooses. The customer must make all prior arrangements and negotiate any and all fees with the company of his/her choice
  • Customer must then notify us of how and who to address the shipment in order for them to receive your package
  • Domestic US 48 State shipping fees to the freight forwarder will still apply
  • Any damages incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • For returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to SRI Performance

Warranty:
  • New Parts will adhere to the specific manufacturer warranty period.
  • Use Parts are sold “as is” with no warranty. Each part is personally inspected before being sold

Returns:
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before we will accept a return shipment
  • Write RMA number on the Box
  • 7 Day return for refund. Afterward, up to 30 days refund as store credit. Over 30 days will be a 15% restocking charge
  • Refunds will be for the purchase price and applicable tax only and will not include the shipping costs from SRI or return shipping costs to SRI
  • New items must be unused and in its original, unopened package
  • Used items are sold as “as is.” A store credit for item value will be issued for items accepted for return. Please speak with one of our sales/service agents if you experience a problem
  • Send part in its original packaging and include your invoice or personal information for reference
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid. Insurance for the full value is highly recommended
  • To minimize your shipping cost use UPS, FedEx or US Mail ground shipping.
  • Items cannot be returned after 30 days or if they have been installed
  • No returns on custom ordered parts or electrical items
  • No returns on certain special order items at the discretion of SRI

  • Errors with photography, typographical content, or pricing are subject to correction and/or change without notice
  • In the event that a SRI Performance item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order(s) whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is then cancelled we will issue a full refund to your credit card account
