FEA (Finite Element Analysis) analyzed lightweight scalloped and pocketed design
Dry film solid lubricant applied to insert gear to prevent galling and increase lubricity
Marquenching heat-treat processing reduces distortion and residual stress
Electropolishing enhances surface finish especially beneficial on the spline flanks for reduced friction, reduced wear, and lower operating temperatures
Broached splines promote consistent fit and misalignment angle
Can be run with standard crowned spline axles and can accommodate 0-3.5 degrees of camber with the articulating splined insert. This drive plate must be used with the standard splined axles (not straight splined axles)
