Superwinch Certus wireless systems are compatible with the world's best winching systems. They feature a superior FM-based signal and can operate from up to 50 ft. away. Operating on 915 MHz and their transmitter and receiver meet IP67 standards. The Certus wireless remote program uses a "Close-Link" system that requires both the receiver and sender to recognize each other. If one drops out, the system is shut down for the safety of the user.
