DO YOU OFFER RETURNS / REFUNDS FOR ITEMS?
SRI Performance will accept returns if contacted within 7 business days of customer receipt. In the event that the product was shipped in error by SRI Performance, we will offer a 100% refund of product cost and shipping, provided the product is returned in its original condition. Please notify us within 7 business days from your receipt and we will mail you a return shipping label at our cost. If the order was shipped correctly, as it was ordered, the customer may return the order within 7 business days of customer receipt, provided it is in its original condition. In this instance, the customer will be responsible for arranging the return shipment and for paying any fees associated with the return. Once SRI has received the return in question, the customer will receive a 100% refund for the cost of the product only. There will be no refund given for shipping charges if there was no error on the part of the shipper.
CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?
Items can only be returned for credit.
ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR USED PARTS?
We do not offer any warranty on used parts sold, refunds and returns are made on a case-by-case basis.
