Victory Performance Metric Monte Carlo Lower Control Arms come with Victory Performance steel bushings and are painted black ready to install. Victory Performance Metric Lowers have the holes drilled after the manufacturing process to insure proper alignment and fit of ball joint and control arm bushings. The spring pocket is also made to accept the larger wire springs.
