At its core is a lightweight, hand-laid FRP composite shell paired with a high-energy EPS liner designed to manage impact forces. Inside, a fire-retardant Nomex® comfort liner and chin strap provide heat resistance and all-day wearability. The aerodynamic shell profile includes an integrated duckbill chin spoiler for added stability at speed, while strategically placed top intake and rear exhaust vents promote consistent airflow when cockpit temperatures climb.

A wide eyeport enhances peripheral vision and comfortably accommodates eyewear. The clear 3mm polycarbonate shield is distortion-free, features integrated tear-off posts, and seals tightly against a silicone eyeport gasket to keep dust, debris, and moisture out. Premium anodized aluminum pivot hardware with a friction-adjust locking mechanism ensures smooth, secure shield operation.

Safety-focused details come standard, including reinforced M6 threaded inserts for HANS® and head-and-neck restraint systems, Kevlar® chin strap with a double D-ring closure, and an 8-position hand-ratcheting tear-off system.
